Free machinery repairs for Korean farmers affected by heavy snow
TYM gave a warm helping hand to farmers in Gangwon-do, which suffered huge losses due to heavy snow. In addition to the facilities, major agricultural machinery such as tractors and combine have been damaged, and TYM has provided free repair support to farmers in all parts of Gangwon-do. Recently, we provided free repair service to one tractor and one combine by helping farmers affected by Gangneung.
The reason why TYM was able to respond so quickly is because of its own disaster x disaster control tower, "TTI." 'TTI' is a new TYM Technology Institute established in March by TYM to enhance the professionalism of service work.
TTI's core function is also to carry out rescue activities in the event of an unexpected natural disaster and disaster for private farmers. This is part of ESG (environmental, social, governance) management declared by TYM earlier this year, expressing its willingness to coexist with farmers and communities by compensating for damage to farmers in the event of a disaster. TYM will continue to provide human and material support to affected farms to fulfill corporate social responsibility.
