TYM conducts a free tractor repair campaign to improve customer satisfaction
According to TYM, the campaign was specially designed for customers who owned and used TYM tractor products in the long term. The move is aimed at increasing customer brand loyalty and improving service quality through campaigns.
The devices subject to the free repair campaign are TYM tractors (T1003, T903, T993, T893) of production models from 2007 to 2012, and the repair field is full-wheeled or disk inconvenience. In particular, the goal is to minimize the risk of safety accidents due to front wheel bending, disk cracking, and wheel deformation due to accumulation of fatigue under overload usage conditions.
The campaign period is from January 10 to one month. Target customers can visit a TYM agency or a nearby TYM branch to check the availability of repairs and apply.
