At this year’s National Farm Machinery Show, 20 TYM products, including tractors ranging from 20 to 130 horsepower, were on display. Among them were the perennial favorites, TYM 2515 and T25 tractors, as well as the highly versatile 5835 and T474 tractors. Additionally, this year’s show included a world premiere by high-tech heavy lifters like the new TYM T115 and T130.
TYM’s presence at the 2023 National Farm Machinery Show was also notable in that it was the first show attended by TYM’s newly integrated North American subsidiary. But that wasn’t the only noticeable change from previous years. Here are three takeaways from the 2023 National Farm Machinery Show to get you excited about the future of TYM tractors.
TYM is expanding its high-performance tractor line
If you stepped inside the TYM booth at the Kentucky Expo Center, you may have noticed some impressive new machinery: the T115 and T130 tractors. These high-performance TYM tractors entered this year’s trade show circuit in response to the demand for tractors with high horsepower and premium features in North America. The T115 and T130 tractors are high-end, telematics-enabled tractors boasting powerful performance and premium amenities. Scheduled to be released in 2023, these commanding utility tractors are anticipated to help increase productivity and resolve labor shortages in the face of an unstable global grain supply.
TYM’s subsidiaries are coming into their own
In an unprecedented but fitting move, a subsidiary of TYM had flown the nest. ROOT, a TYM subsidiary specializing in tractor attachments and machinery, participated independently in this year’s National Farming Machinery Show. On display at the inaugural ROOT booth, this year were 15 types of attachments from loaders and backhoes for tractors in the 20-130 horsepower range. Its debut at the 2023 NFMS marked the beginning of ROOT’s status as an independent brand, recognized and celebrated on its own.
