TYM, a global agricultural machinery company (Co-CEOs Hiyong Kim and Do-hoon Kim / 002900), announced on the 28th that it officially opened the “TYM Plaza Jeju,” an integrated service hub for customers in the Jeju region, on the 27th.
TYM is the only company in the agricultural machinery industry to establish a directly operated service hub on Jeju, expanding local touchpoints and strengthening its customer-first approach. With streamlined parts supply, consistent quality standards, and rapid service response available at the companyrun plaza, TYM aims to improve productivity and job efficiency for Jeju’s farmers.

TYM Plaza Jeju is a multipurpose facility that covers parts and service as well as a certified preowned John Deere tractor business. The site will provide structured aftersales support to customers in Jeju, backed by John Deere–specialist service engineers with an average of more than 20 years of experience, John Deere dedicated maintenance facilities, and rigorously certified parts.
The opening ceremony on the 27th was attended by CoCEO Dohoon Kim; Byungsoo Kim, head of Aewol NongHyup; Sunhee Moon, director of the Jeju Agricultural Technology Center; and local VIP customers. The event featured welcome remarks by CoCEO Kim, an introduction to new businesses including Plaza Jeju and certified preowned John Deere tractors, a handover ceremony for the first John Deere 5075E customer, and a ribboncutting, marking the official launch of Plaza Jeju. A showcase area featuring TYM’s flagship lineup drew strong interest and positive feedback from attendees.

A TYM representative stated, “Through Plaza Yeongnam and our five-region integrated service network, TYM provides a balanced, nationwide service infrastructure and enhances customer satisfaction through region-specific support. Moving forward, we will maintain our commitment to field-based operations and customer feedback, taking the lead in developing a sustainable agricultural ecosystem and fulfilling our role as Korea’s premier agricultural machinery company.”

With the Plaza Jeju opening, TYM has completed a nationwide network of six regional integrated service hubs, following Chungcheong, Central, Cheorwon, Honam, and Yeongnam. As the industry’s first directly operated integrated base on Jeju to offer both service and parts in one location, TYM plans to expand localized field support and further raise customer satisfaction.
