What the TYM - Branson integration means for your dealership
With the integration of Branson, we are unifying the two brands you love and trust to bring forth a singular entity with more than 100 years of combined experience in agricultural manufacturing. Welcome to the new TYM.
Brand consolidation under TYM
Although we are now fully integrating TYM and Branson brands, the two companies have been one family since 2016. We’ve started the process of fully consolidating the brands, corporate functions, and internal resources for a greater commitment to our partners and customers. Through this integration, we are able to offer a wider array of product choices, expert services, and unified support. Current Branson dealerships will become TYM dealerships, and rebranding support will be provided to dealers.
Expansion of product offerings
Our products are at the core of our identity. There will be no immediate changes to the existing TYM and Branson lineups, and instead, the combined portfolio will double our product availability and provide dealers and distributors with more choices. Dealers can now order from a wider range of tractors and parts, and their customers can enjoy more product selection.
Enhanced service and support
Excellence in service and customer support is one of the driving forces behind TYM and Branson union. We train and equip our service team so that their expertise can empower you and your business. TYM and Branson operations will continue to work together to provide the highest level of service to our partners and customers. As with our quality service, our impressive warranty policies and processes will remain the same.
Together, TYM and Branson maintain substantial sales, service, and distribution networks across the world. As we continue to consolidate the brand, we will work on bolstering relationships across all regions so that our partners can also reap the benefits of our expansive network.
Consistency in product and stock—plus expansion
TYM and Branson product lineups and pricing will remain the same for now, with each brand managing its own product lines. With no changes in the product line, you won’t have to contend with changes or interruptions to the supply of parts and other services. All back orders will be processed according to the current pricing structure.
Dealers can look forward to TYM’s investment in a new production plant in the state of Georgia. Expected to be completed by next summer, the 142,500 square feet factory will create 150 local jobs and increase annual North American tractor production by nearly 70%.
A brilliant future together
As we step forward together, TYM and Branson are committed to harnessing our shared ethos of innovation, dealer satisfaction and outstanding customer support. As one integrated brand under TYM, we look forward to elevating our excellence in all aspects of our business so that we can help empower yours.
