Where personal data is transferred to our parent company TYM Corporation in the Republic of Korea, this transfer is based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the Republic of Korea of 17 December 2021 pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR.

Where we use service providers located outside the European Economic Area in countries without an adequacy decision (in particular the United States, for Cloudflare, HubSpot and Google Analytics), transfers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR and, where applicable, certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above:

• Inquiry and contact data: deleted [24 months] after the inquiry is resolved, unless a business relationship follows.

• Newsletter data: until you withdraw your consent (unsubscribe).

• Data subject to statutory retention obligations (e.g. commercial and tax law): retained for the applicable statutory period (generally 7 years under Dutch law), then deleted.

• Technical log data: deleted or anonymized after 60 days.
