A new world of opportunities to grow your business

Both TYM and Branson (Kukje Machinery) have been in North America for the past 20 years and became one family in September 2016. For a greater commitment to our partners and customers, we are currently in the process of executing a plan for the consolidation of the brand, corporate functions, and internal resources. The purpose of this project is to provide a wider array of product choices, more in-depth services, and unified support to our partners and customers. To that end, we would like to share the key benefits that our partners can look forward to:

Brand Consolidation to TYM: It will be the integrated brand. It is aimed to elevate overall company competencies to achieve excellence in sales, service, manufacturing, and product development.

Expansion of Product Offerings: Our products are our identity and commitment. There will be no immediate change in the existing TYM, Branson, and Kukje Machinery lineups.

The combined portfolio will double our product availability and provide our dealers and distributors with more product choices.

Enhancement of Services and Support: We are pursuing excellence in service and customer support. TYM and Branson (Kukje Machinery) operations today will stay and continue to provide the best service and parts to our customers. We will also provide dealers with more expertise through our qualified and committed service teams.

Extension of Networks: TYM and Branson (Kukje Machinery) already maintain considerable sales, service, and distribution networks. The brand consolidation will bring us even closer to our partners and customers.

As we progress with the brand consolidation, our partners can look forward to achieving greater results and opportunities to extend their business horizons with TYM.

What happens now?

For now we can confirm that the same Branson product lineup will remain the same.

Cross orders will be allowed from July 1st under certain conditions, including the consideration of the current PO’s for both TYM and Branson.

We intend to respect each dealer’s territory, understanding that in some cases this might present challenges. We will provide support so all business competitiveness is preserved.

Since the product line remains the same, there will be no issue with the supply of parts and other services.

We will contact you.

Rebranding support will soon be announced and communicated to you.

The pricing remains the same. All back orders will be processed as soon as possible according to the current pricing structure.

We did a formal press release that will be followed by an advertising campaign to announce the change.
