Use our parts order request to get the parts you need as swiftly and accurately as possible. Once we receive your request, we will get in touch with a TYM dealership with part availability that is closest to you, or arranged a dispatch as needed.

At TYM, we support our dealers with all the resources and inventory they may need to successfully engage their communities. That’s why, as soon as you are certified as a TYM dealer, you get access to a comprehensive parts catalog with details on pricing, functionality, machine compatibility and availability. Then, you can simply use our request parts form to fill in your requirements. You will get a confirmation message as soon as you submit your request and a tracking number as soon as your parts are shipped.

In order to maintain the superior quality that is expected out of your TYM machine, we advise using original parts that are precisely engineered for optimal operations. Although other parts may be compatible, these may come at the unseen cost of lower performance and reliability. If you have decided to use non-TYM parts, we encourage you to speak with your dealer first.

Your local TYM dealer will coordinate with us to get the parts you need in stock as swiftly as possible. In emergency cases, we respond to rush delivery orders and dispatch the parts directly from our corporate headquarters. Rush deliveries are shipped by air and will reach your dealer within 5 to 10 days. Overall, backordered parts can be delivered to you in 4 weeks or less.

As soon as you are certified as a TYM dealer, we give you all the initial resources you need for well-informed and well-stocked operations. New dealers receive a shipment of initial stocking parts, manuals, and literature. You do not need to request this shipment as it is sent automatically upon the activation of your account. As a dealer, you will also receive current parts manuals, owner’s manuals, workshop manuals, and flat rate manuals for the latest TYM tractor line up.
