TYM is ramping up efforts to strengthen its competitiveness in the North American market by deepening communication with local customers in the Northeastern United States.

Global agricultural machinery leader TYM (Co-CEOs Hiyong Kim and Dohoon Kim / 002900) announced on the 17th that it successfully held a customer invitation event at the TYM Northeast Campus, its strategic hub for logistics and customer service in North America, located in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, from April 11 to 12.

The event was organized to reinforce ties with TYM dealers and customers in the U.S. Northeast and to directly listen to customers’ voices, reflecting their feedback in products and services to elevate market competitiveness. This provided an opportunity to deepen understanding of customer expectations and needs, share brand direction, and foster sustainable relationships.

TYM users, potential customers, and dealers attended the venue, engaging in extensive networking. Programs included the “Dealer and Business Connect” session for TYM dealers and local business and government officials, a tour of tractor assembly facilities and product exhibits, and the “Customer Connect” session for general customers.

Onsite, more than 60 machines and various implements were displayed, ranging from sub-compact to utility tractors. Through indoor and outdoor experience sessions, participants could directly verify product performance in a variety of working environments. The new “T3025” and “T4058P” models feature cabins equipped with internal heat exhaust and air conditioning. In particular, the “T4058P” received positive reviews for its telematics technology, which enhances operational efficiency and productivity.

In small group sessions with tractor influencers, participants shared diverse opinions about the products, while customers provided detailed feedback on products and services through a Voice of Customer (VOC) survey. TYM plans to actively reflect this feedback in future product improvements and service strategies.

A TYM representative stated, “This event went beyond simple product promotion, providing a meaningful opportunity for genuine communication and relationship building with our customers. Based on the feedback we heard onsite, we will continue to deliver enhanced products and differentiated services.” The representative added, “We will continuously strengthen our competitiveness in the North American market and further solidify TYM’s position in the global agricultural machinery market through quality innovation.”
