Agricultural machinery is all about timing. When parts arrive on schedule, or when support is available right when it’s needed, productivity moves forward. To deliver that speed and reliability closer to everyday work in the field, TYM is expanding its parts and service footprint across Korea and North America.

Nationwide TYM Plaza network across Korea’s key agricultural regions

As of 2024, TYM operates six TYM Plazas across Korea: Honam, Jungbu, Chungcheong, Yeongnam, Cheorwon, and Jeju. Collectively, these Plazas form a nationwide network that aligns with the country’s most active agricultural belts. Each Plaza functions as an integrated service hub, combining sales, service, parts, and demonstration areas into a single customer-focused destination. With this model, farmers can expect the same level of support wherever they work.

A dual-campus structure supporting North America

In North America, TYM has expanded its service infrastructure through two strategic campuses in the United States: Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania and Cedartown, Georgia. Rather than simply adding capacity, these campuses operate as a complementary system. Bloomsburg serves as the logistics and training hub for the Northeast and Canada, while Cedartown functions as the central supply and service hub for the Southeast. Together, they form an integrated framework that improves stability, accelerates response times, and enhances customer and dealer experience programs across the region.

Hands-on support and the TYM experience

Every Plaza and Campus is staffed by experienced service engineers with more than 20 years of technical expertise. They deliver real-time support and certified parts solutions on site. Over time, customers will also gain access to expanded hands-on testing experiences, including opportunities to operate tractors and implements in controlled environments to better assess performance based on their specific farm conditions.
