Why CNG? The future of clean energy in agriculture
Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) is a type of fuel made from natural gas that is stored at high pressure. It is a cleaner alternative to gasoline and diesel, producing fewer emissions and offering a more eco-friendly solution for powering vehicles and machinery. The TYM CNG tractor is a dual-fuel tractor contributing to sustainable agriculture. By choosing CNG, Uzbekistan is taking a significant step toward clean energy to align with global trends in sustainable agriculture. TYM’s CNG tractor allows farmers to reduce their carbon footprint while maintaining the power and efficiency needed for demanding farm tasks.
Designed for modern farming: Get to know the CNG T6092 tractor
TYM’s CNG tractor design is based on the T1003 model, and it has been updated to integrate its alternative fuel system. It’s powered by a 92 hp D3400T engine, along with a 660-liter CNG tank and a 20-liter gasoline backup, with the CNG powering tasks and gasoline fueling travel. Additionally, it provides power comparable to that of conventional tractor engines while offering a longer engine lifespan. Thanks to the characteristics of CNG, the T6092 tractor also requires less frequent maintenance, helping farmers reduce upkeep costs.
TYM’s support for green initiatives around the world
The TYM CNG tractor in Uzbekistan is part of the nation’s efforts to modernize its agricultural sector with eco-friendly solutions. By adopting alternative fuel technology developed by TYM, Uzbekistan is taking the lead in promoting clean energy in farming.
TYM has a well-established history of providing agricultural machinery to countries around the world. Most recently, the Philippine government selected TYM to supply 900 tractors to support the nation's farming sector. Like our innovative partnership with Uzbekistan, the distribution of TYM tractors in the Philippines is expected to play a crucial role in advancing the country’s agricultural capabilities and boosting productivity.
