As TYM’s business expands, it’s not only important for us to just grow, but to evolve with the ever-changing needs of our customers. TYM recently hosted the largest customer-focused event in our history, welcoming over 2,500 customers to the GUMICO Exhibition Convention Center in Gumi, South Korea. While trade shows and product launch events are common across the world, TYM’s customer-first milestone event was the first of its kind in the industry. This event is one of the many ways that we demonstrate our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, positioning TYM as a leader in the global agricultural machinery industry.

Beyond innovation, to inspiration

Unlike traditional trade shows, TYM’s customer invitation event focused on direct interaction between customers and company representatives. Over 100 TYM executives and employees from sales, service, quality, research, and product planning teams, as well as Chairman Hiyong Kim and President Dohoon Kim, attended the event to foster open dialogue with customers. By prioritizing real-time feedback and discussions, TYM is focused on building stronger relationships with customers and ensuring they have the best experience with our products and services.

Showcasing cutting-edge agricultural solutions

At TYM's customer event, we also unveiled our latest innovations, including the highly anticipated T4058P tractor in both ROPS and cabin models, as well as the newly developed TH1200 general-purpose combine harvester, which received enthusiastic feedback. Customers had the opportunity to test drive the new machines while exploring over 40 tractors from TYM’s product lineup, ranging from 20 to 250 horsepower, offering versatile solutions for a wide range of agricultural needs.

Beyond machinery, the event featured MYTYM telematics and autonomous driving solutions, AGDICT agricultural automation technology, and high-efficiency farm equipment kits, offering visitors a comprehensive view of TYM’s latest advancements in smart farming.

The highlight of the event was the interactive discussion sessions, where customers had the opportunity to speak directly with TYM’s leadership and technical teams. These sessions gave customers a direct line to TYM’s leadership, allowing valuable feedback to shape future product developments and support services. By bringing together the people who design and build these machines with those who use them daily, TYM continues to create equipment that makes a real impact in the field and in farmers’ lives.

Exciting giveaways and grand prize draw

Adding to the excitement, attendees participated in a raffle event, with the grand prize being a brand-new T4058P tractor. Additional prizes, including home appliances and TYM merchandise, ensured that customers walked away with more than just a deeper understanding of TYM’s product offerings.
