Experiencing TYM manufacturing excellence
Our special guests from the U.S. and Canada visited TYM’s Iksan and Okcheon factories as well as the Seoul headquarters to see the full production system behind our agricultural machinery. Their tour covered AGV-based assembly lines, robotic painting processes, and engine manufacturing facilities, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the quality and reliability that support TYM’s growing presence in North America. Many participants shared that seeing the technology and workflow firsthand strengthened their confidence in TYM’s manufacturing capabilities.
Hands-on testing for the North American market
At the TYM Iksan test field, our visitors experienced new 20–115 horsepower TYM tractor models designed specifically for North American working environments. Through test-drives and product discussions, TYM dealers explored updates related to performance, safety, and operator comfort. This was an opportunity for those on the ground to provide direct feedback to TYM, so we could continue to incorporate real dealer and customer insights into product development.
Sharing TYM’s digital and service innovation
Throughout the program, we introduced our latest digital and service initiatives for North America, including MYTYM telematics, an expanding autonomous-driving roadmap, and new dealer and engineer training platforms. These advancements demonstrated TYM’s commitment to supporting dealers beyond the point of sale and delivering consistent long-term value to customers through strengthened service systems.

Building deeper strategic alignment in North America
In addition to factory tours and product experiences, top TYM dealers attended sessions on TYM’s global strategy and future product roadmap. These discussions reinforced how we are aligning our manufacturing, digital solutions and service infrastructure to meet the expectations of North American customers. Strengthening this alignment was a core goal of the visit, fostering deeper trust and collaboration between TYM headquarters and our growing dealer network abroad.

Looking ahead
“The invitation program is an important opportunity to communicate directly with our North American partners,” said TYM Co-CEO Dohoon Kim. “By accelerating innovation across product, production, service, and digital solutions, we will continue to strengthen our competitiveness as a trusted agricultural machinery brand for North American customers.”
As we continue to advance our position as a global leader in smart and sustainable agricultural machinery, these TYM Korea visits and events remain a key moment for every TYM dealer. Not only do such events reflect our ongoing commitment to collaboration and innovation, they offer a space to listen, collaborate, and build shared momentum with the dealers who bring TYM tractors to communities across North America.
