The Chief Engineer Program is not just a competition but a comprehensive program for evaluating and developing talent. Dealers and technicians participate in both virtual and hands-on assessments, advancing their skills through custom training with the ultimate goal of achieving the title of TYM Chief Engineer. The rigorous four-step evaluation process covers essential topics such as tractor operation, inspection, diagnosis, and repair.
Following this year’s evaluations, eight finalists earned the opportunity to showcase their skills in Rome, Georgia, where they vied for the prestigious titles of Specialist Engineer and Master Engineer. This year’s top accolade, the Master Engineer title, was awarded to Jeremy Connor of Connor Tractor in Florida. Other notable winners included Devin Varner of Varner Equipment, Admir Mesanovic of United Truck Sales, and Cody Clemmons and Aaron Pope of TYM North America, who were recognized as Specialist Engineers.

The best part of the TYM Chief Engineer Program is that it doesn't end with a single competition. Those who attain the title of Master Engineer have the privilege of leading specialized training sessions and mentoring on behalf of TYM, sharing their knowledge and ensuring consistent growth and expertise of TYM’s technical workforce.
